Last week we had the privilege of hearing from Dr. Marsha Grimes-Rose, professor in Business Innovation and Strategy at SMSU's Northstar School of Business.

Dr. Rose shared her advice for our CEO students as they embark on new and exciting challenges in the world. The message was simple "You are enough as you are, but capable of more".

Dr. Rose gave students an open opportunity to share about their strengths and fears and the things they were going to do to improve their lives. Dr. Rose also had an international student, Alex, share about his journey through college in a new country and how his mindset helped shape his growth success.
